1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends, holidays, and peak seasons).
- Gear (e.g., tents, backpacks) is packed in durable, protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Custom/personalized items (if applicable) require 3–5 business days of processing (you’ll be notified via email).
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with U.S. carriers (USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery):
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days from dispatch (available for all U.S. physical addresses).
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days from dispatch (additional fee; ideal for last-minute trip prep).
- Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: $9.99 (orders under $150).
- Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over $150 (U.S. addresses only).
- Expedited Shipping: $16.99 (flat rate for all U.S. addresses).
- Oversize Surcharge: $10–$20 for large items (e.g., 4-person tents; calculated at checkout).
4. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for correct shipping details. Returned orders due to incorrect addresses incur a $10 re-shipping fee.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- Carrier Delays: We are not liable for delays from weather/logistics backlogs (track via your provided link).
- Lost Shipments: If marked “delivered” but not received, contact the carrier first—then email eric@cblitzgear.pro with your order ID if unresolved.
- Damaged Items: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery (with photos) for a free replacement/refund.
6. Return Shipping
For eligible returns (per our Refund & Return Policy):
